disable view as a web page feature

Please help!
How do I disable the view as a web page feature in XP
Professional?
I have a laptop and the touch pad is so sensitive that
whenever I move the cursor past a desktop Icon, it opens
that program.

Go to any folder, tools menu, folder options, general tab, check the "double
click..." box.
