Disable the Web site Description in the Title bar of IE

I would like to know how I can disable the way the title
bar describes the site that I on from appearing.

I know how to remove "- Microsoft Internet Explorer" for
the title bar through the registry but this is not what
I'm looking for.

The Title is coded in the page you are viewing.

Look at the source code and search for Title. Should be at the top.
