How to disable the request for password when you open IE

Internet Explorer doesn't ASK for a password to open. So the question is
"What is asking for the password?" The ISP connection? The nanny
software? This is not a registry issue. Find out what is asking for the
password and then post the question to the appropriate newsgroup.
