Disable Start Menu Completely?

Is there any way to completely disable programs in the start menu through
Group Policy (not just common programs)? Or at least disable the start
button completely through group policy? Thanks in advance..

Yes group policy can do it. Other third party programs could do it also such
as from scriptlogic.

Thanks, Pat. Now could you tell us how?

I've enabled "Remove All Programs" from the start menu, but when I click on Start I still see programs, which is bad cause I can double click on programs and open windows explorer.

I also don't see any option to disable the start menu entirely.

Now, I can do this through a registry key in HKEY_Classes_Root, but I need to be able to do it on a policy basis
