Disable Refresh Sound?

Is there anyway to disable the sound Explorer makes
when you reload a page? It makes a little clicking sound
and I don't want to hear it anymore.

Change or remove the sound.
Control Panel-Sounds
"Start Navigation" and "Complete Navigation" are probably the relevant
items.

Go to Control Panel > Sounds. Select None for Restore Down and Restore Up.
