Disable PST in OL2003

Can anyone tell me how I can disable the PST option
in OL 2003

I have the artical for OL 2000..but
it would seem some users have figured a way around it for
OL 2003 when trying to use the thing Reg option
also Im doing this in a Terminal server along with local

The registry setting is the same for Outlook 2003, only it's 11.0 instead of
9.0
