Does anyone know how to disable the automatic popup
help/description messages that appear whenever you point
your mouse to a file/folder or a menu item is
highlighted? Sometimes, specially when I'm browsing
through folders, those popup messages are really annoying!

I appreciate your help. Thanks!!

Alvaro.

Open Folder Options in Control Panel.
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click Folder Options.
On the View tab, remove check from Show pop-up
description for folder and desktop items check box.

Thanks!!!
