disable mail icon from showing when junk email comes in

Hi, im using outlook 2003. Is there any way of disabling the mail icon from
displaying in the systray when junk email comes in? I only want it
displaying that mail icon (the envelope) when stuff comes into my inbox.

No, the new mail notification has no way of knowing if the mail received is
junk or not since it triggers when the mail hits your in-box. Junk rules
operate afterwards.

Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.
