Disable font family, size and color box in a template

Is there any way to create a template with pre-selected font properties? It
is important that our customers don't get too creative when they start adding
slides to their presentations. The ideal setup would be to define allowed
font properties in the template(s), and also maybe limit the number of
layouts available... I haven't found any info about this anywhere.
