disable file security dialog box

When someone tries to run one of our server programs on a Windows XP
machine, they get a file security dialog box asking them if they want to
open/run the application. Is there a way to change this so that the
application will run without the extra confirmation? I tried the registry
hack to unhide the local computer in the IE security tab, but I didn't
notice anything that would solve the problem.

Thank you. I did try the trusted sites, but I didnt reboot. I will give it
a shot again.
