disable content advisor

I have forgotten my password to change my settings on
content advisor. I realize it is supposed to be difficult
but it should not be impossible to reconfigure the thing..
how do I do it?

It isn't difficult. I don't post that information via the groups. Do a
search for it via the web. It is everywhere.
