Disable certain programs while running remotely

Hello all,
I've been tasked with trying to come up with some ways to restrict
users from accessing certain programs while working remotely on their
XP Workstations. They should be able to run these programs with out
any restriction while at the console but not while a RDP session is
open. Can this be done via group policy or will I have to write a
service that polls currently running processes for the one I don't
want them to run and kill it? Maybe something like this already
exists, any help would be appreciated,

Thanks!

Bob,
Thanks for the info. I didn't see anything on those pages about how
do disable a specific program while logged on remotely. I will keep
checking around and will post back if I find an answer.

Thanks,
Viza
