Disable Bleeps and Ding-dongs?

Does anyone know of a program which will temporarily disable all the system
noises while I am recording a streaming audio?

I suppose you can temporary disable all sounds from the operating system
while recording

Start>Control Panel>Sounds and Multimedia Scheme select No Sounds
You can create a Sounds and Multimedia shortcut icon on your desktop
