disable bcc in outlook 2000

My boss wants to diable BCC...through a template on the resource kit I
can disable the View/BCC item from the menu bar. However, if you are
composing a new e-mail and click on To: the bcc button is still there.
MS says I can diable that button if I know the control ID. I've
searched this newsgroup and am able to find control IDs of toolbar and
menubar items using VBA. However, this form is a sub of a sub and I
am lost. Does anyone know how to find it, or actually have that
control ID?

Thanks for your help!

Microsoft is wrong on that one. That button is not part of CommandBars and
so can't be disabled.
