I disable a user's account while they are logged on to the
network. What step would I take to immediatly knocking
them off the network? In other words, is there some option
in AD or something that will do this?

Thanks

Assuming you know what machine they're logged into, you can do a shutdown /l
/m \\MachineName to log them off. This should work on any 2000 or newer box.
You'll need to grab the utility of an XP/2003 if your machine is Win2k. If
you don't know their workstation, checkout the psloggedon utility from
pstools at sysinternals.com

I usually will open Terminal Server Administration and terminate them from
here.
