Disable a Dialog Box

I created a form in Word. When the user fills in the table with a required
value as soon as they hit tab or enter a "Microsoft Office Word" dialog/text
box appears. How do I disable or get rid of this? None of my other forms do
this.

Cindy Thank you for the help but I did figure it out. I needed to show the
field codes to find the hidden "FILLIN" code. I did that, deleted it and the
form works fine. Thank you again.
