Direcway 2-wa sattelite & messenger problem

I am trying to configure windows messenger to work with my
new sattelite connection. I am able to send and receive
text messages but no audio/video messages. I can however
send a request to have a conversation with someone, but
the person who accepts the request receives an error
stating "Problems establishing a connection to the
computer you have requested" (something like that). In
other words it cannot establish a connection. I talk to
many relatives and friends through this feature and would
like to know if it can be resolved. Thank you for any and

Scott, from what I understand, DirecWay (DirecTV) is not compatible with
video conference software of any type. I have been doing a lot research
into Direcway also and they told me it's not compatible.
