whenever I try to install directx 9c it will start the
program and then says NOT VERIFIED BY WINDOWS.Then when u
press ok it says DIRECTX DID NOT COPY A REQUIRED FILE and
says installation failed.Does anyone know what the
problem is?

I have changed some settings in services.msc but could
this have something to do with it?

Be sure that Cryptograhic Services is set to, at least, Manual in it's
Startup Type.
