DirectX v9.0c...uninstalling??

I m using winxp-sp2 and directX v9.0c i installed few days ago started
having problem. it crashes the system when i run any graphics.!!!

HOW CAN I UNINSTALL THE DIRECTX V9.0c ???

i downloaded and tried an uninstaller but that didn't help. this
directx9.0c was running fine so no prblem with setup.

You cannot uninstall DirectX v.9.0c. Reinstall your video
adapter drivers with the latest version.
