warcraft3, running out of ideas any thoughts?

Run a Chkdsk C: \R from the Run box

Answer Y to run at next boot. Most likely you have
corrupted files on your disk drive. You've also made the
situation harder to resolve by re-installing drivers which
introduces another variable into why things aren't working.

Never, abruptly shut-off Windows XP. When you do that
it cannot flush data to the drive, write out the User Registry
Hive and other housekeeping operations. Any time you end
XP abruptly, the first thing to do is a Chkdsk, to verify that
no corrupted files are present. You're lucky that the system
was bootable at all. It is possible that the "Hard Boot" could
have damaged a Registry hive.

Use Control-Alt-Delete to bring up Task Manager and end
your game from the Applications Tab.

I forgot to say that run chkdsk was the first thing i did,
but i solved the problem, i just replaced that dll with a
good copy of it, problem solved but thanks for your help.
