DirectX 9b XP & Me(the OS, not personally like!)

Hi, I duel boot with Me & Xp, I'm trying to down load
Directx 9b for Xp while on line with Me. The problem is
bloody dxwebsetup.exe will only let me down load DirectX
for Me, which I've allready got, & as I only go online
with Me I seem to be stuck.
Any one know a work round for this?

First unless you have a newer video card, your card may not even support
DX9. If the card does not support DX9, then you don't need DX9. And
actually, using on a system with a video card that only supports DX8(or
DX8.1) may cause you problems as well as performance slow downs.

If your card does support DX9, then boot into XP and download and install
DX9. Don't try to do it from ME.
