DirectX 9 component - URGENT

Is it exist a directx 9 component for XPe ?

I am using a small image with minlogon & own shell on a 128MB flash card. I
do not succeed in DirectX 9.0b install, the reason is : "Unable to get
FileVersionInfoSize" : 1812, installation ended with value -9. I have tried
to install DirectX 8.1 before, and then DX9.0b but the result is the same

What is the solution ?

There is no DX9 component for SP1. DX9 will be in SP2, though. I don't know
what the DX installer's dependencies are (which sounds like your problem),
i'm sure if you check Google Groups for the archives of this NG, you will
see other threads on this subject.

I saw this same error. It was because user.exe was missing from the
windows system32 directory. I dropped this file in the system32
folder from another windows xp machine and it worked. Hope this
helps.
