Directory opens on boot-up

When my PC boots up (Windows XP Home), the directory
C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero opens and displays on the
screen. If I uninstall Nero, it stops happening. Once
installed again, it continues. I don't know how to stop
this. Any ideas???? Thanks...

Check to see if that C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero is in
your startup menu or go to start run type msconfig hit
enter go to the Start tab look in that list for it, if
it's there uncheck the box, close and restart your PC

If there are spaces, enclose it in quotes.
