Directing e-mails on a server?

We have an email account with our company name as the @......... address. We
can receive emails with anything before the @. Ex. (e-mail address removed).
How do we set up different users computers to receive the email with their
name.

You need to use a mail server that doesn't place everything in a single
mailbox.
