shared email message

We use Outlook 2003 on our own Small Business Server 2003. We receive faxed
email messages, with a default email box created called
(e-mail address removed). Is there a way to share these email messages
amongst several users? Thank you.

yes there are many ways. Explain the workflow process you are trying to
achieve and I'll have an attempt at explaining appropriate methods.

Will people be pulling their work from the Mailbox? ie they go and select
which faxes they work on

Or would you prefer that the faxes are forwarded to specific people? And if
so, using what criteria?

Do you need to see who is working on each Fax for tracking purposes?

Thank you responding Judy,
I would prefer the faxes to be forwarded to 3 individuals based on the type
fax being sent. The owner requires all price sheets and other various
information faxed forwarded to his mailbox or his assistants mailbox,
Produce & dairy orders which are faxed from restaurants would need to be
forwarded to the boss and/or 2 other individuals that have mail boxes as
well. Everyone has a mailbox. How would you reccommend I set this up on the
exchange side or client side. I don't believe tracking is neccessary. Thanks
inadvance for your time.

I would set it up on the user side by logging on as that mailbox, making
rules to forward to the users based on words in the email.

I am not sure if server or user side is best in this instance. Maybe someone
else will come in with an opinion - I am not an Exchange expert by any
means.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
