Direct X9.0 logo test?

Trying to install DX9 for new game.
After install of DX9 Message of
"Did not pass logo test for XP"

Any info to fix this

Sounds like you've tweaked your system, Bill. If you've shut down any
services in Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services all kinds of
different problems can surface. The "did not pass . . ." message can result
from Cryptographic Services being disabled or not running. Check to make
sure it is enabled and running.
