Direct CD Burning

I had to re-load XP on a laptop. Previously the user
could "copy" files to the drive specifying the DVD/CD-RW
drive and the y would get burned to the drive. Since the
re-load, this does not work. It is supposed to be an XP
built in feature, so I'm no sure if it is something I
must load manually or not. If I must load it, how do
I?? Thanks
 
Hi,
It is built in with Windows XP. Go to My Computer, it show display your CDRW
drive.
If not, try to uninstall the drive in Device Manager and let windows detect
it again. Or see if there is any drivers needed.
