Direct 3D 9 versions on Vista

Could someone please let me know what versions of d3d9.dll
d3d9x_nn.dll come with a clean install of Vista? I can't find the info
anywhere on the web and don't want to reinstall Vista to find out...

What verison are you in need of ? I can't find the file d3d9x_nn.dll
anywhere on XP or Vista.

But you can go to Microsoft's website and download the June 07 DX9 update
and it should put on any of the runtime files that you might be missing, if
it's a game that's not working correctly.

Thanks. I want to know what Vista ships with so that I know whether we
will need to include a Vista DirectX installer with our software,
which relies on having a minimum version of DirectX 9C.

Microsoft has been making frequent updates to DirectX 9C, but,
irritatingly, refuse to change the version number. Each update
introduces a new d3d9x_[nn].dll where [nn] is incremented each time.
The latest version I have is d3d9x_31.dll, which version did Vista
ship with?
