Digital ID

hi all,
after i setup a digital ID, everytime i got mail, the same message is comes
repeatedly. Just like the server keep sending the mail again and again. Is
it mean my outlook 2002 cannot notify the server that it already got that
mail so make it happen??
anyone can help?

If you have antivirus or antispam installed that can look at POP/SMTP mail
in realtime, disable that feature. My guess is that you have another
message behind it that is a virus or something that is causing the
connection to terminate before Outlook can logoff the POP mailbox cleanly.
(If your ISP offers a Web interface to mail, great place to clear stuck
messages.)

i will go to check the setting tomorrow (coz' that pc is in my office)

by the way, there is no problem when i use outlook express....anyway, hope
can fix this tomorrow...
