Go to Tools, Options, Security. This will take you to a page on Microsoft's
web site with links to companies who will sell you a digital ID.
 
You can also use http://www.thawte.com for a free 1 year certificate that
you can renew. You can also get as many free e-mail certificates as you
require for different accounts as well.
