HOWTO: Digital Sign & Encrypt woes :S

I notice there's a Digitally Sign & Encrypt features in Outlook Express. I
tried them, but somehow it wouldn't let me. It says I don't have a Digital
Signature. There was a button to Get Digital ID. But the URL is broken.

And I thought Outlook Express was cool....

Does anyone know how to get a digital ID? And how to use the Encrypt feature
properly?
 
Open Help in Outlook Express, click the Index tab and enter "digital" w/o
quotes to search on. You'll find lots of info there.
