WHILE USING WEB MAIL UN ABLE TO SEND . ERROR CODE POPS UP REQUIRING ME TO
HAVE A DIGITAL ID.
HOW DO I GET ONE
 
Do you mean Windows Mail rather than web mail?
First, unlock your Caps Lock key.

In Windows Mail, go to Tools, Options, Security, uncheck
that last box "Digitally sign all outgoing messages".
