Digital ID name can not be found by the underlying security system

When I send a Digital ID encrypted message with OL 2002, I get Error
message: "Your Digital ID name can not be found by the underlying security
system."
I have followed all of the techniques of KB 258527.
Help! Thanks. /Howard

The only time I have come across this is when I have a corrupt certificate.
It does require removing your personal e-mail certificate and installing a
new copy. (You can't export and reimport a certificate that is "supposedly"
corrupt.)
