digital camseras

After using two cameras for a while sucessfully, I get this message "insert
disk in I drive" and it won't recognize either camera. I have tried
uninstalling and reinstallin media encoder 7.1, but it sill does it. Help!

have you real player installed if so uninstall this may be the
problem
