digital camera

please can someone help me when i use to plug in my
digital camera i use to get a box asking me if i want to
view a slide show, print my pics,or take no action but
this has disappeared. what have i done to loose this
program?i have even formmated my pc

Mick, I am having the same problem. The software that
came with the camera use to have a box pop up but now it
doesn't. I tried using the camera wizard but it says it
doesn't recognize the camera.

I fixed mine...all i did was uninstall --real player---and now the window is back try it ...

Had the same problem.Unistalled RealPlayer and now the window is back. How come??

Please can you advise me if you managed to get this box back, im having same problems plus when I eventually get my photos over from camera to pc the photos are not printing in a file just individual so rather than 8 pictures going into one file I have 8 files. Please help
