Be sure the camera batteries are fully charged or use an
external PS for the camera.

| i'm having the same problems. though i have installed the
my digital camera
| before, it would not transfer the pictures upon plugging
it in the compuer, i
| thought there probably was something wrong with the
installation, so i
| started it again, removing the drivers and going back to
installing it. i
| still had the same problem i did it again and again, then
suddenly, i got the
| message that you got. i tried re-installing the driver but
i keep getting the
| that error message.
| the class installer, i read from the help menu, is the
device manager and
| denying installation could be a somewhat like a defensive
thing. i've read in
| the help and support options that, when installing, files
kept being modified
| that some files become useless or they get deleted, how
the computer works
| could be affected and so, a procedure such as denying
installation or update
| of the device enabled as a system support mechanism.
| thing is, i still can't still install my digital camera
with that knowledge,
| i don't know how to make windows re-install the device
once again. i do hope
| that help would come soon... i mean, it has installed it
before, why is it
| not installing now?
