digital camera

i have a digital camera but cannot for some reason get my photographs off the
camera onto the p.c. I have installed the software provide with the camera
and connectd the usb cable but i'm informed the driver is not installed. I
also thought i would be able to collect pictures by going through drive f as
the removeable driver but i do not have the drive f showing up on my computer.

when it says driver is not installed are you given a window with choices, like install automatically.
if so then select the automatic install option.

The best solution IMHO...would be to
purchase a USB memory card reader.
Then you don't need to install any software.
