Digita Image Suite 2006 - Can't Create A Project

Over the past month when I select "Create A Project", the program doesn't
respond. The only way I am able to create a greeting card is to find an old
one, delete all cotents then start the new card.

Any idea why the "Create a Project" feature would stop working? How can I
fix?

Program: Digital Image Suite 2006
O/s: Windows XP, SP 3, Build 2600
