Image Suite 2006 problem

Hi,

I am having difficulty opening RAW files taken on a Canon 350D camera. When
I attemt to open the RAW image (.CR2 format) I get an error saying "sorry,
the file carn't be opened". According to the help files of Digial Image suite
2006 the program supports .CR2 files taken on Canon and Nikon camera's, and I
am supposed to be able to open such files for editing, printing etc. Could
anyone offer any advice.
