Dig Cam will not install..Help

Ok, here's the story….! I bought my daughter a new digital camera for
Christmas and she can't get her computer to recognize its existance.
Now for the details. The camera is a Fuji A303, 3.2 mp. Her computer
is running Win XP/Pro, Asus A7S333 MB, 512 ram and AMD 1800 processor.
We went into her Bios setup and the USB legacy is set to auto. MY
computer is identical to hers and when I plugged this same dig cam
into my machine, it self installed it almost immediatley. She has
installed the Fuji software that came with cam and al that stuff. What
is the problem??? I have searched all the help routes and still cannot
come up with why hers will not accept this cam but my machine will.
Anybody got an idea??????
