Difficulty opening IE

Guest

I have a cable modem, (and broadband), normally IE opens immediately I boot
up my computer. Not this week however. When I click on IE (or my internet
connection), the browser does open straight away. It can take between 10
minutes to an hour before it opens. My cable connection is fine, I've deleted
my temp internet files and cleared history. I've also removed and
re-installed TCP/IP protocol, but still IE won't open when I start up my
computer. When it does open browser is very slow.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi,
Have you checked for malware?

Download and run CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot.
