difficulty forwarding messages

For the last month I can't forward messages or their
attachments from my in-box. Also when I go to the forward
page, the format of the message is depicted in a strange
& totally different format. Can you help?

Not enough information.
Using "page" and "inbox" is a little confusing. What are you using to access
your email, a web browser or some email program that is physically on your
computer?
