Different Signatures OL 2003 Without Word?

Hi Everyone,

If I use Outlook 2003, can I have different signatures for different email
accounts if I do NOT use Word as my email editor? Or can OL 2003 only
preform this function using Word as editor?

The reason I don't like to use Word for my emails is that Word is so slow
when it comes to pasting pictures in document.

Thanks,
Brian

You can have them, sure, but Outlook won't switch signatures if you switch accounts while composing a message.

Hi Sue,

Thanks for your reply.

I just want to make sure that I understand. If I do use Word as my email
editor, Outlook will switch signatures if I switch accounts while composing a
message, but if I just use Outlook (non-Word) as my email editor it will not
do this?

Thanks,
Brian

In WordMail, Outlook will switch signatures *if* you have an autosignature assigned to every account including the default account. WordMail is required for this feature.
