Hi,

After reinstallating Windows, because of aSend / Receive error in Outlook
2003, I am still meeting several problems:

a) Archives folder do not appear in folder list, even after performing the
Import File command - it does copy the items, but as soon as the copy is
done, the folder disappears again, and old mails are copied into the normal
folders;

b) When writing an e-mail, if I need to look for a contact, the Contacts
lis is empty - although the folder contains all contacts.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks
Luis Serpa

Thanks. seems things are slowly going back to normal... Archive foldr is now
OK. There is only one problem left with the contacts: Now when I try to
include an address into an e-mail, I first get an error message saying that
"the address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder...". when I
click OK, a dialog box opens, and the "Show names from the:" window has two
Contacts. I have to selec the second one to access my contacts. how do I
delete the first one?

Thanks for your help.
