In Outlook 2007 Calendar, when I view my appointments By Category, there are
two different recurring appointment icons: one that looks like a
conversation "bubble," and one that looks like a recurring appointment (e.g.,
circular arrows). These are birthdays that are created when I enter a
birthday for a contact on the details tab. What do these mean? How are they
created? And, most importantly, how do I get them to all be the same icon?

Thank you so much, Brian. It had to do with the Live Search Maps Add-In for
Outlook 2007. In researching this, it seems that this add-in has caused
several problems in Outlook, and I have completely removed it.
