Different Questions

I have few questions:
1- How to use the database in a multi user environment? or is it going to
work as multi user by default?

2- Is there is a way to split the data and the program in two different
databases? or, is it possible to link a database with tables from another
database? the point for asking this question is the program I am working in
is expanding and I always do modifications, in the meantime I want the users
to start using the current program and I can update the program anytime later
without affecting the data itself in the tables or hold the users from
updating the data.

3- Is there a Runtime to execute the program after it is completely done? if
exist, where to find and download?

Thanks for your help...
