different operation systems

am using access 2000 database on a server. workstations
with different OS are accessing the database. the database
was developed on windows 2000. when trying to access the
database on a windows XP machine, some VB
language/functions will not work, ie combo boxes, etc. any
suggestions?
 
Just a thought have you checked references on the machines
with Windows XP and compared them the one on Windows 2000?
