Is there any way to switch the language (i.e. Chinese,
Japanese) in WindowsXP? or is there a software that can
change it?
 
Windows XP is written in specific language versions, therefore one
cannot change it from one language version to another. You'll need
to purchase a "Full Version" of Windows XP in the language version
you want, reformat your drive and install it "clean".

No, if you want windows in a different language, you need to buy
Windows in that language.
