different default browser for each user

hi.
i have 2 users in my windows.
i want to set a different web browser for each user.
how can i do it?
when i set one in user X it changes to it in user Y as well...
is there a way to change it? maybe even with some software?

i think it solved the problem.
i wanted to use maxthon for both of the users but each one will use maxthon
fro another folder so each one will have his own tabs and settings.
