Differences between installations of XP?

I have a new computer, a home built with XP SP2 Home edition. My daughter
has a new Dell with XP SP2 Home Edition.

On her computer when I do a right click on "My computer" and select
properties, most of the tabs that I see on my computer aren't there. Why?
Any ideas?

Also, on mine, when I do "Ctrl+alt+del", task manager pops up. On hers, I
get the log-in screen with a button for task manager. I remember once seeing
an option for what happens when you do "Ctrl+alt+del" but I'll be danged if I
can find it. Help!

I did search the knowledge base but didn't find any help. I even looked in
my XP book and didn't find either answer there either. I'm sure that both
are staring me in the face.

Thanks.
